Summary: Fran knows the heartbreak of losing your child. Not only did she say goodbye to her little Jeffrey, but to an older son, Steve, as well. Steve had a Master of Physical Therapy degree yet died at the age of 43 after struggling with cystic fibrosis for 14 years and kidney failure for 7 years. Because of Fran's own father’s suicide death at age 71 and the deaths of my two sons, she can speak on grief recovery—perhaps using a different slant than the usual “steps.”
