Summary: In today's oddly short episode we look at what Paul says regarding marriage. Before we go into that I make a brief comment regarding the New Testament manuscripts which was prompted by an email sent to me regarding episode 28. On the topic of Paul and Marriage, we briefly cover 1 Corinthians 7:25-35 and Ephesians 5:22-33. We see how the context of 1 Corinthians shapes the message of marriage, the roles of husbands and wives, and the truth that there is too much emphasis put on the "necessity of a spouse".
