Summary: Fr. Bryan gave this talk on the 7th of Epiphany at St. Joseph Chaldean Catholic Church. He spoke about idolatry and how idolatry is worshipping false gods which we think will fulfill our deepest desires to be happy. Although we don't worship a golden calf like the Jews in the Old Testament did, our generation has different types of false gods / idols - the false god/idol of power, occupation, money, sports, technology, self, drugs/alcohol.
