She went to college for psychology and special education and loves working with children with disabilities and their families. Donna attended Fordham University where she recieved her Doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership. In her years in the field of education she has had many different roles as she progressed in her career. In each one she utilizes her role to use moments as teachable moments. Offering in her conversations information and support to students and their familes, teachers, colleagues and community members. She currently works in Special Education in a public school district and she loves what she does each day and truly enjoys the students, their families, the amazing and talented staff she works with and the community she is in, as they are all supportive of the children in the community and sincerely go above and beyond to create more for kids. Donna has created multiple platforms she utilizes to help inspire, motivate, educate, assist others on their personal path to close the gap in their lives from where they are to where they want to be.
