Summary: Shauna’s life mission is to be a resilient leader who coaches others to maximize their potential. She has had a colorful journey from playing basketball in college, working as a police officer, and then spending 11 years on staff with Athletes in Action as a ministry director. In my conversation with Shauna, I learned that she has never shied away from opportunities to grow. We talk about her going back to school and getting her Masters degree before taking on her current roles as an advising supervisor and basketball coach, where she is sharing her energy to help others keep improving every day.
