I met Shona a few years ago when she had moved from Sydney to London and was working as a PT at my local gym. Her career has since gone from strength to strength. She is now an ambassador for New Balance and has also published her first book The Vertue Method, a 28 day reboot plan to lift your soul and your butt. There's even a quote from David Beckham on the front cover, who she counts as one of her clients - the dream! In this episode, we chat about the backlash against clean eating, being a woman in the fitness industry and ethical food choices.
