God is constantly moving. The bible says he is the same yesterday, today and forever but that does not mean he is not moving. God is always moving and because he is always moving, he makes sure that he our lives are moving from one level of goodness to another. When God opens the heavens, you must expand your expectations because when God opens the heavens, you can’t stay the same way that you used to stay. Everything in the heavens is for you and God wants you to have access in everything that is in the heavens. When God opens the heavens, it becomes your responsibility to expand your expectation. Proverbs 23:18 “For surely there is a reward, and thine expectation shall not be cut off”. That means you must have an expectation. It is very sad and unfortunate that some Christians go through life without expectation because they do not want to be disappointed.God wants you to expect big things from him. Deuteronomy 28:12 “The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand:” God wants to open to you his good treasure, God doesn’t want you to struggle, he doesn’t want you to suffer,God wants to open unto you his good treasure. The good treasure is not gold, diamond, houses, all these things are good but the good treasure is the heavens. When he opens the heavens, he said that he will give rain unto your land. That means when God is giving rain unto your land, you must have something planted on your land because God is not a waster. God does not waste so when he opens the heavens and he gives you rain, the purpose of the rain is to stop every form of famine. The purpose of the rain is to break every siege of famine and when the rain comes, it is important for you to have something planted. But when you have nothing planted and the rain comes, the rain will water nothing.
