I can feel myself getting mad. I am more in tune with my body. Thoughts on Breathing Breathing is huge. When I smoked, I used to say that smoking was a stress reliever. What do they tell you in stress relieving class? They tell you to go take a ten second break, breathe in, breathe out. I would say, that's what I'm doing when I'm smoking.
