RyanSwag aka SwagTips has provided a wonderful infographic for the legendary beasts. The odds of a Shuppet, Duskull, or Sableye being shiny are 1/256, so the odds of capturing a shiny one within 300 catches is 70%. It seems unlikely that shiny wild evolved Pokémon can be found.
