Summary: Megan Dowd is a virtual pilates coach for the woman who is ready to take care of business. I love Megan's approach because she doesn't waste time focussing on getting the "perfect" body, or weight loss for the sake of getting thin. She places a huge emphasis on body awareness, movement that feels amazing, body acceptance (no matter what body you're in!) and breathing as a way to open up space in your body & brain.
