Summary: In my life I have learned many things but the one thing that still amazes me is how connected we truly are. So many of us believe that our lives are unimportant, that we don’t matter. We get frustrated by what’s going on in the world around us and often feel as if we can’t make a difference, it’s all just too big. What if it didn’t have to be big? What if small actions, small conversations, empathy and caring were the stones cast  being cast in the universe creating a ripple of change? <br>
