Summary: S0996 The word justified means "to be pronounced righteous." Paul makes it very clear in this section of Romans that our righteous is based on faith in Christ alone. He goes on to say that this justification is for all, both the Jew and the Gentile. We have all sinned a fallen short of the glory of God but through the death and resurrection of Jesus we all of an opportunity to stand "justified" before God.
