Summary: S0948 This chapter of Revelation is an "interlude" or (parenthesis) if you will! There was such a (parenthesis) between the 6th and 7th seals. The Lord felt it necessary to describe His mercy even in the midst of judgment. Here, between the 6th and 7th trumpet judgments we see yet another "interlude". It speaks of the Lord's mercy even though, as a righteous God, He must wipe out the earth and start over.
