Summary: <p>Foxconn announced that it's investing $10 billion dollars to build an LCD display plant that will bring up to 3,000 jobs to Wisconsin.</p><p>The Verge reports that a swimming robot called Little Sunfish might have just spotted nuclear fuel that melted six years ago. This could be the first step toward cleaning up the dangerous mess from the Fukishima power plant disaster in 2011.</p><p>Facebook released its second quarter earnings report with the company's best quarter of revenue to date at around $9.32 billion dollars, an increase of 45% year over year.
