Resilient athletes and coaches who have not only succeeded in their sports, but also made a big impact outside their sports and continue to do so.<br> <br> We will then start to welcome Health Experts and Enthusiasts, Inspiring Entrepreneurs and Community Leaders, and learn more about the Key Pillars of Life from these legends and how we can implement small changes into our lives that can make a big impact.<br> <br> Brett is from a very small country town called Cobar, in Far Western New South Wales, Australia, and he understands the power of small communities, especially when influenced by Big Impactors!<br> Cobar’s population hovers around 5,500 people<br> It is Very isolated with the nearest “city” being a 300km drive.<br> <br> Cobar is a mining town. In the aboriginal language Cobar actually means Burnt Earth<br> <br> The beauty of Cobar being so small is that everyone is like family. The community is like a big family. This creates an amazingly powerful bond and Brett has seen and experienced this power many times as the town rallies together to support families or individuals through unfortunate tragedies, sporting teams or individuals needing to raise money for travel, charity events to raise money for the much needed organisations in town - whatever it is!<br> <br> Growing up in Cobar to Brett is summed up as en experience of independence, community support and his amazing family close by - so close actually, he could jump on his push bike for a few minutes and be at his grandparents house or best friends or the local sporting fields. <br> <br> Brett left Cobar when he finished school almost 14 years ago, but he still contributes to the community and has a lot of respect and gratitude towards the place. <br> <br> For the past 14 years Brett Robbo has been working in Paralympic sport as a Sprints &amp; Jumps Coach and Performance Therapist.<br> He's been surrounded by stories of massive adversities everyday, but at the same time he's been uplifted by the courage and resilience displayed by these amazing athletes with a disability who learn how to use adversity to their advantage. <br> <br> Brett was also a full time athlete for a few years at the Australian Institute of Sport as a 100m and 200m sprinter.<br> <br> Some other interesting facts about Brett:<br> "A few of my top values are my health - physical, mental,
