Matsunaga, an undeniable psychopath, with Ogata at his side led a decades long crime spree which included fraud, blackmail, murder, rape, kidnapping, as well as physical and psychological torture. In fact, Matsunaga took particular delight in breaking his victims’ spirits, often forcing them to harm their own family members.
