Steelers Podcast - The Terrible Podcast show

Summary: Season 6, Episode 60 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this show, David Todd and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers 33-20 win Sunday over the Cincinnati Bengals. As you can imagine, there’s quite a bit to talk about when it comes to this game and we start things off by going over what happened prior to kickoff in addition to the giant war of words that took place over the course of the week. We talk extensively about the dirty play of Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict Sunday and whether or not he’ll ultimately be fined for his below the knees hit on Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger that wasn’t even flagged. We move on to talk about the play of the Steelers offense on Sunday and how they chose to attack the Bengals defense. We also discuss the play of the Steelers defense and how they allowed Bengals backup quarterback A.J. McCarron to throw for quite a few yards in the game. After thoroughly breaking down Sundays game, David and I briefly discuss the upcoming game against the Denver Broncos as well as trying to figure out a few of the very complicated playoff scenarios moving forward. As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.
