Steelers Podcast - The Terrible Podcast show

Summary: Season 6, Episode 85 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Friday show, David Todd and I kick things off by talking about several things that Pittsburgh Steelers general manager Kevin Colbert had to say this past week when he talked to the local media prior to leaving for the scouting combine. We move on to go over a few mock drafts and big boards that have been released by several major media outlets this week and that includes a lot of discussion about players who figure to come off the board in the first few rounds. In the second half of this show we are pleased to be joined one again by former NFL agent Joel Corry, who now writes for CBS Sports and the National Football Post. We talk a lot with Joel about the Steelers current salary cap situation during the interview in addition to discussing the market value of a few Steelers players as well as a few outside free agents. You’ll be interested to hear Joel’s thoughts on what he thinks the Steelers should do with running back Le’Veon Bell this offseason as it relates to him possibly receiving a long term extension. If you are not already doing so, make sure you are following Joel on Twitter at @corryjoel and please make sure you always read his work online as well. As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post. Thanks for listening and don't forget to call or email with questions or comments and please pass us along to your friends! The new message hotline is (814) 429-YINZ.
