Steelers Podcast - The Terrible Podcast show

Summary: Season 6, Episode 92 of The Terrible Podcast is now up and in this Monday episode, Alex Kozora sits in again for David Todd, who spent the weekend in South Florida covering the Pittsburgh Pirates. Alex and I kick off this Monday show by talking about the news that surfaced this weekend concerning Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Martavis Bryant as he now faces a one-year suspension for possibly missing a drug test. We talk about the potential loss of Bryant next season and if the Steelers are deep enough at the wide receiver position to overcome it. After discussing the Bryant news, Alex move on to talk about the Steelers scheduling several free agent tackles for visits in addition to tackle Kelvin Beachum continuing on with his visits with other teams. Is there still hope that Beachum ultimately re-signs with the Steelers? We discuss that possibility. Several other Steelers players who are now unrestricted free agents are making visits in other NFL cities so Alex and I update all of that news and that includes us discussing nose tackle Steve McLendon. As we did with Beachum, Alex and I discuss the possibility of McLendon ultimately re-signing with the Steelers. Should the Steelers show interest bringing back Mike Wallace following his release by the Minnesota Vikings last week? We discuss that topic as well. We close out this show by talking about a few draft prospects that have been profiled recently on the site and also talk about Mississippi State quarterback Dak Prescott being arrested and charged with a DUI over the weekend being as the Steelers have shown a lot of interest in him over the course of the last few weeks. As always, several other smaller talking points are mixed in throughout the show that are not highlighted here in this post.
