Summary: Welcome to a Kessler Foundation Spinal Cord Injury Grand Rounds podcast featuring Isa McClure, PT, MAPT. Isa is an Advanced Clinical Specialist at Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. She will be presenting “Introduction to the SkinStep e-Learning Module”. Summary: Under the leadership of Isa, the Rehabilitation Standards Committee of the American Spinal Injury Association has created a new e-learning module, SkinStep, which addresses the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries in people with SCI. The module focuses on an interdisciplinary approach to this challenging issue. An introduction to the module and its contents will be presented.
