During this period, numerous reports given by hundreds of highly credible witnesses both in Fairfield, CT, and Westchester, NY, described a “giant flying triangle“ moving slowly and silently, at very low altitudes and then accelerating at unbelievable speeds when approached by pursuing military aircraft.

Of Frank’s paranormal cases, the most recognized is the Montauk, NY, “Hangman’s Ghost”. This particular occurrence takes place at an old abandoned Coast Guard base located in Montauk Long Island, NY. Here, reports of a screaming ghostly figure exiting a blazing airplane hanger has been documented through the years by local and military authorities. Frank’s personal association with this particular incident was that his father and his best friend both witnessed this specter during a fishing expedition. These investigations can be found in Frank’s current book Paranormal Family and Friends.
