Summary: This week, we interview Dr. Michael Sulmeyer who recently concluded several years in the Office of the Secretary of Defence, serving most recently as the Director for Plans and Operations for Cyber Policy. He is currently Belfer Center's Cyber Security Project director at the Harvard Kennedy School and he also happens to be a War Studies Alumnus. In April of this year the United State Department of Defence released a strategy to guide the development of its cyber forces and to strengthen its cyber defences.
