Nuclear Warships Leave Russia, UK on Alert

The Jason Stapleton Program show

Summary: I tried to find a good way to title this episode without it seeming like click bait. Russia is, in fact, moving a fleet of some 14 ships including a nuclear submarine from a port in Severomorsk to its Mediterranean base in Tartus, Syria. While in transit the ships will pass through the English Channel. The move has got the Royal Navy on Alert. It doesn't look like anyone is worried about a standoff, but it is the latest in a growing list of powerplays all sides are engaged in.
