Summary: Seems like an odd thing to say. Yet the things we should do to prepare our home to sell are the things that we should do even if we NEVER plan on selling. Why? Because you deserve to have a home that is clean, organized and in good repair just as much as someone who is looking to buy your home. I’d say even more so!
