Kelly stressed the basics of why clubs are formed and that each members needs should be delivered by clubs.<br> Region 4 is made up of Iowa, Nebraska in the mid west of the United States, then upward to Montana, North and South Dakata and upwards into western Canada, comprising approximately 25,000 members. Toastmasters International has 14 Regional Advisors appointed by the Board of Directors for 15 month terms from April 1 to June 30 of the following year.<br> Kelly’s closing message, “Come join us.
