Summary: This year's PPMA Conference was held in Manchester last week and this month's show was recorded at the event. The theme of the conference was Purpose, Passion and Performancenbsp;with anbsp;focus on how to drivenbsp;an organisation through the downturn and into the future. There was a wide variety of speakers, from a range of organisations and the highlight of the event was a session given by Leadership and HR guru, David Ulrich.
