Summary: This program will focus on healthy resolution of conflicts, the evolution of relationships and how to maintain recovery during the holidays. Our guest will be Cynthia Moreno Tuohy who is the Executive Director of NAADAC, the Association of Addiction Professionals. Moreno Tuohy has been a trainer in Domestic Violence/Anger Management and Conflict Resolution for over 19 years. Moreno Tuohy has experience in developing and implementing programs in leadership, organizational development training for emerging managers, and training mentors to work with protégées. Moreno Tuohy has developed partnerships with various national and international organizations including developing strategic plans, workforce development plans and educational curriculum. Moreno Tuohy has written training components and manuals regarding: Working with adults, seniors, school intervention, community mobilization, intensive outpatient, impaired driver's programs, EAP, and gang intervention/treatment.
