Summary: Rob attempts to improve his outgoing phone message; and he encounters some racism during his trip to Asia. Rob’s girlfriend seeks input on updating her dream celebrity to someone less age-appropriate. Rob confesses to excluding Joe from gigs. Joe is asked to mentor a kid who is a comedy beginner.
