Summary: August 13th, 2015 Millwall went from high to low within 3 days as they came from behind on Saturday to beat Shrewsbury in the opening game in L1, but then crash out of the Capital One Cup at home to L2 side Barnet. We had both last seasons and this seasons captains on the show this week, opening with Alan Dunne who talked about his time at Millwall, which manager gave his career a shot and what we can expect from his autobiography released next spring. In hour two we had returnee Tony Craig on to talk about getting out of League One, what it was like coming back to The Den and how he felt getting the captains armband for the season.
