Summary: Lara Adegbenro was born in the UK to Nigerian parents. Her childhood was spent in Nigeria where her father Jimi Odumosu, prominent tv/film director, worked. One of the pioneers of the development of film in Nigeria, Jimi Odumosu left Lara wanting to follow his path. Lara quickly developed a keen interest in entertainment and upon returning back to the UK though she’d polish up on her already developed skills. She attended Leeds University where she studied TV/Film production. Through her craft, Lara connects with the youth and older generation alike.
