Summary: In this edition of the NBAA Flight Plan podcast, Cessna Chairman, President and CEO Jack Pelton talks about the 2010 "Cessna Citation Special Olympics Airlift." On July 17 and 24, hundreds of athletes will be transported by business airplanes to this year's Special Olympics USA National Games in Lincoln, NE, courtesy of Cessna Citation owners who are donating their company's airplanes, pilots and fuel to fly the athletes to and from the games at no charge. Planning for the event has required more than a year, and involves representatives from Cessna, the Federal Aviation Administration, and officials with Lincoln's airport and business community.
