Her focus is on fresh, colourful, and seasonal foods, making room for both wholesome, nourishing dishes and sweet treats. An enthusiastic explorer of flavours and acute observer of culinary trends, she contributes to food and travel magazines internationally. She is also the author of four books, including a book of French vegetarian recipes called THE FRENCH MARKET COOKBOOK, and <a href="http://chocolateandzucchini.com/books/edible-french-tasty-expressions-and-cultural-bites/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">EDIBLE FRENCH</a>, an upcoming book on French expressions related to food. She lives in Montmartre with her boyfriend and their young son.<br>  <br> <br> Edible French: Tasty Expressions and Cultural Bites is Clotilde’s newest book, based on her popular series of <a href="http://chocolateandzucchini.com/category/series/french-idioms/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">French idioms</a>. It explores fifty of the most evocative French expressions related to food with cultural notes, recipes, and whimsical watercolors by her talented friend <a href="http://foodwatercolours.blogspot.co.uk" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Melina Josserand</a>.<br> Edible French is scheduled to come out in early October 2014, and it is <a href="http://www.amazon.com/dp/0399169849?tag=chocolzucchi-20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">available for pre-order</a> now.<br>  <br> <br> The French Market Cookbook: Vegetarian Recipes from my Parisian Kitchen just celebrated it’s <a href="http://chocolateandzucchini.com/books-cookbooks/the-french-market-cookbook-1st-anniversary-giveaway/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">1 year anniversary</a> on July 2, 2014!
