Attorney & Certified firearms instructor Guy Relford filed a lawsuit August 22, 2012 in St. Joseph County (Indiana) superior court on behalf of Clay Edinger. Mr. Edinger was denied access to his polling placeto vote in the Indiana primary because he was carrying a legal firearm. After Clay's attorney Guy Relfordfiled the paperwork for the lawsuit, he spoke with Mark about what was filed and what relief they are asking in the case.
