Fresh off the opening of his new taproom just east of Fresno, California, Tommy shares his epic journey that began with a History Channel beer documentary in 2006. That sparked a homebrewing habit that has, after nearly eight years, led to a Central Valley cult following and the founding HOP in 2013.
