Be in the high value traffic areas on Flippa (newly listed, ending soon, most active).<br> <br> 2. Build the list offsite - any previously interested buyers are aware of the new sale.<br> <br> 3. Make sure Flippa username has a history.<br> <br> 4. All about the eyeballs - market outside of Flippa in the niche.<br> <br> 5. Store up the bids<br> <a href="http://adsenseflippers.com/"></a>Some other notes<br> <br> Start and end in morning mon-wed. Be there when it ends to answer questions and deal with bids etc.<br> 12-16 bids during the whole auction to get on the most active section on the homepage as a general rule.<br> Start at $1 to maximise the amount of bids (increases chance of getting in the most active section)<br> Have a reserve on an authority site but no need on smaller sites<br> Pay extra to be featured - ideally less than 48 hours to go - possibly even again on the 8-12 hours to be in the golden trifecta.
