Correction time: Firearms Insider Listener Feedback Great show.  Many things I wanted to address while I was driving.  I will try to touch on them all, if I can remember. On the Glock 26.  I am a big guy too.  6'4 250ish.  I have found that a familiarity with a gun, not just holding one or firing one once, but actually handling for extended periods aids me in developing a skeletal, and muscular understanding of the gun.  Where the G26 felt strange with the pinky not supported, the more I shot it, the more I got used to it.  Same thing with the Wife's Kahr P380, and that thing is dinky.  But I shoot it well. The G26 is a great gun.  I carry it IWB manly, or as a back up on the ankle, or while driving.  I don't find carrying it as heavy in any way on the hip.   Not great ankle carry, but not bad. I think it would be hard to access as a cargo pocket gun.  It would flop around.  The G26 is not what I would classify as a pocket gun in any way. Tom Gresham on GUN TALK interviewed Ruger CEO on the microstamping issue and why Ruger pulled out on Jan 29. Ruger said that even a metallurgy change to the slide stop would drop the guns from the list. California is a minefield of dumb gun laws.  They are meant to make it so hard, that no gun will pass the test without massive design changes and tons of money spent, hence microstamping.  Next year, it will be something else,  target recognition software before gun can fire, or some dumb stuff. Did I hear you right?  The state testers shoot 1800rd per design submission?  How wasteful of tax dollars. Ruger from episode 46.  I said that Ruger was screwing California...Tom Gresham talks with Ruger Gear Guide:  Kahr 9s Main Topic:  Ares Armor Trigger pocket, trigger/hammer whole and safety selector Despite Restraining Order, ATF Raids Ares Armor Over Plastic Parts Ares Armor dispute with the ATF Gun Registration The 80% Solution ATF Raids Store for Gun Owner Names - Nutnfancy "Brownells Police Store helps make this show possible.
