Summary: There is nothing more tragic than people dying. Men, women and innocent children being lost at land or over the seas. While we mourn and pray for those who seem lost...will this be an oppurtunity for increased global surveillance? As it is said by those in the political area...every crisis is an opportunity to implement a plan. What plans are in the works because of this horrible tragedy?
