Summary: By Irvin BaxterPalestinian newspaper Al Quds is reporting that copies of the long-anticipated Framework Agreement have been presented to Israel and to the Palestinians. Palestinian officials have denied receiving the “official document.” However, it is clear that the US is very close to presenting its Framework document if it hasn’t already.
