Summary: By Irvin Baxter It appears we are coming to crunch time on the Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations. President Obama will host Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu at the White House on Monday. He will then meet will Palestinian Chairman Mahmoud Abbas later in March. It is obvious that President Obama hopes to use his powerful influence to bring Abbas and Netanyahu to an agreement on John Kerry’s framework proposal. Is their going to be an agreement?
