Summary: Helens son was on the Aer Lingus flight last Friday which was due to fly from Dublin to Heathrow at 5.30pm. The flight took off eventually at 8.45pm but was diverted back to Dublin at 12.20am. Helen was worried sick and didn't know what had happened. Her issue is with the information available to families on the ground and the flight information helpline. Alberts grandson travels as an unaccompanied minor from America regularly.
