Summary: Treasa has very bad teeth. Most of them are rotten through neglect and she can't get any help to treat them. She has a medical card and can get extractions but that is not the solution. Gillian can sympathise, she has severe epilepsy and she lost all her teeth 4 years ago. The long term use of medication also caused her teeth to rot.
