They will spend $20-$50 on a night at the movies, but when they are asked to spend $30 a MONTH to podcast they go, "I can't afford it..." Things to keep in mind are: 1. How long is your show? As you need to have enough time to let people contribute 2. You need a strong moderator to keep people on task, and in some cases you need to set it up so people are called on.  3. Video makes it easier as you can see people and you can do video cues. This is something we all ask everyone to do, and here I was and I'm not doing it myself.
