Summary: Christians often find themselves walking a fine line between legalism and antinomianism, between proving they are Christians through their works and acting as though their sins shoud never be an indicator that they may not be saved. Such a walk can result in frustration and spirtual exhaustion unless one rightly understands the gospel. Christians never outgrow their need for the gospel.
