That is the purpose of His loving, always-unto-life discipline – it helps free you of the things that would hinder, limit or interfere with you coming into all He has for you. Scripture tells us that the Lord disciplines those HE LOVES. God’s discipline is never to punish, humiliate or embarrass. It is part of His discipling unto alignment, empowerment, and protection. We should never avoid or fear the discipline of the Lord, but embrace it, because we will be radically blessed by it.
