Summary: Politics would be nice to ignore when it comes to markets, but you can't. Unfortunately, for better or worse, politics impact markets, sometimes dramatically. We'll look forward toward November, and try to prognosticate on what we will see - and add a dollop of what we SHOULD see (but probably won't.)
