We use a blacked out rear and tritium front sight. We prefer a set up that provides for plenty of light on each side of the aligned front sight (Dawson Precision, 10-8 Consulting, Redback 1, Hackathorn sights) 2) Grip tape, Stipling, A grip. Anything to reliably improve the gripping surface. Good grip is often over looked when shooting but it is important in recoil management and fast, consistent shooting. 3) Grip Force Adapters for Glock pistols. These are a great in helping to get that master grip high on the back strap, again helping with the recoil management. Likes: 1) Mag well, preferably with some weight to it. Besides the obvious advantage in inserting your mag, the weight balances the pistol and the flare at the bottom of the pistol handle locks your hand between the trigger guard, mag well, and grip force adapter to give the shooter a strong master grip. Again helping with recoil management.
