Summary: We use this episode to complete the details of our trip at the end of August to purchase a small farm homestead in NW Georgia. We headed back to LaFayette, Georgia this past week on a short three day trip to investigate four new additional properties. We discuss how excited we are to report the good news that we made a selection of one of those properties that we love, and submitted an Offer/Purchase Agreement with earnest money.
