Gorevette is a creation of Detroit's Nikki Corvette (Nikki and the Corvettes) and Amy Gore (the Gore Gore Girls), who teamed up to form a new collaborative supergroup with Gore's former bandmate Lianna Castillo and Powertrane's Al King. At the time of this post, Gorevette and their fans are celebrating the release of Lustfully Yours with a series of weekend parties/concerts (http://www.myspace.com/gorevette). According to Grevette's management, the band is planning a potential tour through Japan, where Nikki Corvette re-established her following there after coming back onto the music scene with Ramo Records a few years ago after a long absence.
