Summary: Tailboard Talk: Putting the Puzzle TogetherHave you ever been at an emergency scene where yourself, your crew, other crews, or the incident commander just weren’t on the same page with each other?  Hopefully, not much came of it (other than some yelling), but this lack of being “on the same page” creates a situation that is ripe for things to go wrong at an emergency scene.  The goal should be for every crew member, every crew, and the incident commander to all be on the same page.  When this happens, there is a shared understanding among everyone.  On this episode of Tailboard Talk, we will be discussing what a shared understanding is, why it is important, and how you can train to create a shared understanding to ensure that yourself and those you work with at emergency scenes are all on the same page.
