Summary: (http://www.rawdlc.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Splinter-Cell-Blacklist-knife-gun-crossed-e1375915967578.png)Here at rawDLC we do the interview thing a little differently. Sure we prep and research, but rather than have a set series of questions we play it a lot less formal. We prefer to shoot the shit and just sit down and chat to developers keeping it loosey-goosey. Down under for PAX Australia, Splinter Cell: Blacklist's Animation Director Kristjan Zadziuk was our guide through the different styles of play ranging from non-lethal to lethal to tormented, Dave's signature style which involves mercilessly fucking with enemy AI. After a lengthy session where the lads bonded over their future appearance on Sneaky Bastards' Stealth Gaming Panel at PAX, the two got down to the nitty-gritty chewing the fat over all things Splinter Cell. Well, namely Michael Ironside's involvement - easily the most important element, followed by the open gameplay options, his favourite animations, obviously, and delved deeper into the evil kind of crap you can inflict on your adversaries. To get serenaded by the interview click the little play button looking thingy at the top of this post. Big ups to Ubisoft for the time with Splinter Cell: Blacklist and access to Animation Director Kristjan Zadziuk and to Kristjian for being one hell of an entertaining guy.
